      this job is good about time, they give you plenty of vacation and personal time, also flexible hours

      Cons

      this job is not good at paying or acknowledging the good in their employees. You do not move up very often and the raises are a slap in the face. I know people that has been here for 40 years and is not making $20.00 an hour, that is ridiculous. all the time put into this job and 40 years later people are still struggling to make it. that is sad

      Except the chances are slim to get compensated. Leads are weak. Phone system is a joke. Get more complains about mailers then interested prospects.

      Pros

      There are 2-3 corporate activities per year plus quite a few giveways. There are food vendor options on the campus. Insurance industry is stable and company is stable.

      Cons

      Poor corporate culture and management doesn't seem bothered by it. Benefits package is minimal and there is no flexibility. Negotiate as raises and promotions are incredibly difficult to come by once you have been hired, that initial salary plus 2% or less is all you can expect. Each department is silo'ed and are even at odds with other departments. No team spirit in most departments.
