      Pros

      Make sure to secure a higher salary if you need benefits. I think they intend to communicate. Prayer group opportunity; SIGroups and attempt to promote health. Bathrooms were usually nice and clean.

      Cons

      Antiquated. Very unprofessional and mostly paper pusher upper manager in specialty department made unkept promises; if you plan to get a letter of recommendation, you best NOT depart until you get it. Very disappointing. Smokers area prevails in the courtyard.

      Bonuses for Managers and Execs, Holiday lunches, Discounted Texas Ranger tickets. Lunch Venders most days.

      Cons

      Long term employees let go because salaries are higher. Skills and experience are not valued. Voluntary overtime and dedication not recognized. Extremely high turnover in majority of departments: E.G....IT, Marketing, Internal Audit.
