People at lower levels are nice. Only non-executives.

Cons

People at the senior levels lack real leadership skills, are incompetent, and hire incompetent additions. The company does not believe in promoting from within.

None at all. No pros.

Cons

Probably the absolute worst company I have ever worked with by far. My entire training class quit before even hitting the floor to take calls. Inconsiderate management. Turn over rate is ridiculously high. They don’t work with you on your schedule.

Paychecks come on time, in full, and don’t bounce

Cons

Technology is antiquated and cumbersome as a results workflows are inefficient and frustrating. Management won’t provide the tools needed (eg system access) and will actively block resolving the issue. Interview process is ineffective as I was let go after 6 weeks for being a “bad fit” (I thought that’s what interviews were for?). IMO I was fired for disclosing a disability from a car accident and them not wanting to pay for my insurance or deal with an ADA request.
