Pros

They have remote options They say you can move to different areas in the company based on skill, rather than just credentials. How true that is, I don't know. The system software setup is antiquated, but from what I've been told, it's a huge improvement from what it was just last year

Cons

The training is not about preparing you for the job, it's about getting you on the phone. You learn exclusively on your customers. There is no sandbox for trainings. They do not respond to emails within the week, if at all Because of the poor use of software you talk to a lot of angry customers no time to recover in between calls

Pros

Great opportunity to learn other areas with Customer Service. That’s what it appears on the surface. The working hours are great, no nights or weekends.

Cons

Great opportunity to learn other areas., but it lacks real supportive training. It’s quick and not consistent. The training material is outdated & you don’t know till you make a mistake. As you’re learning and moving from one area to another, you’re told in 90 days you’ll get a raise, and that does not happen.

Pros

Decent dental insurance, pay isn't really bad considering you're calling existing policy holders.

Cons

Better find a friend in management or start kissing up because that's about the only way to move up. I worked in several departments and the nepotism doesn't end... Unrealistic goals for the long-term. Short-sighted management that don't really seem to be in touch with the people under them, maybe a corporate structure issue anyway?
