      Great company to to get call center experience to elevate your career somewhere else! Nice coworkers!

      Cons

      Extremely poor management and HR department. Globe is a turtle company so everything is way behind todays technology. They expect a lot out of reps with low wages and no room for growth! I could go on all day but I hope globe can improve in the future they have the potential

      I suppose if you choose to stay long enough the pension plan is nice and will provide retirement income security.

      Cons

      Potential of working for some of the most unprofessional and rude manager I have ever witnessed in my professional life.
