      HR (Ranked as one of the worst department in the company)

      Pros

      The only pro I can think of is the "potential" this company has, but am quickly reminded that the potential is useless when you promote the wrong people and when don't listen to your employees. The company does have great leaders in the company, but HR is not one of those departments. My experience would of been different, but the HR department continued to show their true colors as people resigned from this department. No outreach from upper management, poor responses, moving people in the wrong roles, etc. loved servicing the business, but wasn't worth the headache from HR leaders.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and execution in the HR Department. Good talent being wasted and a continuous exodus due to poor leadership. Wrong people getting promoted. The wrong employees getting praise for doing nothing...

      short drive if you are in NE DFW suburb

      Cons

      - no real process to follow - new c-level are all slick sales type - low salary - ridiculously high health insurance rate

      Pros

      Working as many hours as you’d like without being told “Your way past overtime go home!” Lol Make as much money as you want without having someone tell you you’ve worked to many hours! Nothing but amazing things to say about this company and anyone that has or does leave a bad review probably didn’t have enough drive in them to do what it takes anyways! This career is based off of performance so if your not busting your tail putting in the grind putting up the numbers then you won’t make it in this business. This is a numbers game!

      No cons if your a pro at work ethic and work ethic is based upon each individual. No time for lazy people in this business if you can’t get up and go to work get out plain and simple.
