High Paid Salary, Company Car, Good Expense Incentives and Lunch Allowances. Great company to work for if you have nothing else in your life.

Cons

Unrealistic working hours and lack of care for the wellbeing of staff. Work life balance is not taken into consideration where you are expected to be reactive instead of proactive. Globus is a middle sized growing company where time is wasted with mind games which are quoted as "tests". Unsupportive and unhelpful colleagues coupled with poor management support having minimal contact.
