Pros

From the minute you start working for Gnostech, your thoughts matter. It doesn't matter how young, junior or experience. It is sometimes stressful and fast paced but always a friendly environment with everyone working to the same goals.

Cons

Medical benefits are middle of the road. But the price is realistic for this economy and a small business. However, additional free medical perks like SwiftMD make up for the insurance providers short falls.

Small company with responsive, helpful management and administration staff.

Cons

Benefits were better before becoming a subsidiary of Braxton. Small footprint as far as project diversity and opportunities.

Pros

Good health insurance and benefits package, everyone is very nice and there are opportunities to work from home, depending on the contract.

Cons

It's in Warminster, PA, and location is everything. They provide services to Moorestown, NJ and across the country but for some reason they are not really near any of their clients.
