Business Outlook
Pros
Management is flexible and supportive. Great group of people to work with in home office. They actively try to keep morale up with activities like holiday luncheons, office games/contests, and a prize closet. Christmas bonuses. They are pretty good about doing annual reviews and merit raises. Plenty of room to move up in the company if you want.
Cons
Pay is low for industry standards, benefits are expensive, no 401k matching. Computers need updating, most are 10+ yrs old and are slow and cumbersome. Workload can be out of control at times.
