Compensation is well below industrystandard, benefits package is laughable, company is generally reasonably about allowing time off or adjustments to schedule for personal issues
Cons
Constantly understaffed, little to no training in place, there is a toxic attitude about being a "team player" i.e. your hard work is rewarded with getting to do everyone else's work in the name of "teamwork", you're constantly expected to do far more than what falls under the umbrella of your specific job duties, there is definitely an "in crowd" and the treatment across the board is not the same for all employees, poor handling of Covid, system and technology is inadequate, company is not proactive about getting out in front of issues and only addresses them after they become problems
