The corporate can be a bit unorganized with the way they send stock. Can be overwhelming and very inefficient during the holidays

A very Lax dress code

Cons

Too lax of a company culture, even the CEO can come into your workspace and cuss causally. Small operation, so you’re always doing something outside your job description with low pay to begin with.
