Absolutely no pros. Not even your pay check. You’ll be lucky to get one.

Cons

Corporate office is full of liars. They say what you want to hear to get you quiet. They are very sneaky. There was a huge security breach that even compromised associates personal online activities. Sales management were told not to tell associates. The bottom line with this company is the customers dollar at all costs.

Pros

Startup culture, "get it done" attitude with lots of opportunity to step outside your area of responsibility and take on additional roles. Hard workers are rewarded, be ready to step in and work hard, this is not a job where you can manage from a chair.

Cons

Lots of attrition makes it hard to keep good people. Strong "Old Guard" culture at the top so opportunities to move up are limited.
