- Talented engineers - A wide variety of projects - Lots to learn

Cons

- Slower career growth - Getting promotion is difficult - If you have a very broad skillset, you will get to work on a lot of things but this does not count towards your strengths, your evaluation resets if your manager changes and you have to keep proving yourself again and again.
