About 80% percent of the job is customer support. However, the main point of the job is to sell and make your bonus. So it can be a challenging tight rope you will have to manage. Training is 3 months and out 19 only five made it. They either quit or were let go. Can you imagine being in training for 3 months getting paid 2-3 grand each month not knowing if you have the ability and then maybe your succesful but month 4 your only make 3k. Supposedly you're going to be on track to earn 62k your first year mayybbbee more if you hit 100% of your quote and then some. This job would be worth it if you were making 87k your first year but that's more like your second year if you are good. There's so much to learn and you better be skilled. I wouldn't wish this job on myself or anyone but here I am. The lesson I've learned is DONT work for a company that has IPO'd. It would have been sweet to work at Godaddy 5 or 10 years ago when they were in this position making 10k a month. You can make that maybe year 2 but more like 3 if you have the grits. Everyone in the company knows the job is hard and they try to brush it off as move around in different sales departments so you don't pull your hair out.
