Pros

Good interesting training that actually provided useful information if your into IT.

Cons

Very metric based. Although they do help you grow, sometimes it can be tough depending on the person.

They exploit their employees while paying them as little as they can.

Pros

Remote since COVID. Good insurance. My direct managers were excellent.

Cons

The pay was terrible. I was "promoted" in summer 2021 to a more advanced role, but my pay remained the same. It was supposed to be only for a few weeks, but they kept extending the assignment again and again for over a year. Eventually I was given the opportunity to apply to stay permanently on the job I was already doing. Somehow I didn't get it, despite the fact that I had already been doing the job (and doing it well) for nearly a year at that point. I wish I had left sooner.

Benefits, environment, pay, and people.

Cons

Things were always changing, departments were moving around, shifts were going away, and bonus structures changed 4 times in my 2 years there.
