It's changed... and not for the better. Unfortunately people became greedy and forgot to treat others as they would want to be treated. I'm not sure if it's the same way throughout the whole company as it's grown so much, but this is my view.

Middle management lacks vision. They are often just trying to keep their own jobs by disciplining their Supervsiors whenever they feel like it, even if it isn't a good reason, just to show that they are superior. With the exception of a few, most managers (above supervisors) have zero compassion for their people and could care less about them. It makes for a stressful and de-moralizing work environment.
