Pros

Honestly the best job I have ever had and I have the best boss. My job is extremely rewarding and challenging in a good way. I feel like I am always learning something new. Genuinely can’t wait to grow more at this company and be here for years to come. Amazing company culture and coworkers is just a bonus.

Cons

Honestly I wouldn’t know what to suggest to fix or change.

It was good while it lasted.

Pros

The pay and freedom of working from home were pretty good. Mainly the freedom. Pay never caught up after a couple of years.

Cons

I felt left behind as an employee as the company only cared to increase profits (as most do...) and it got worse over time. Product quality started to decline also.
