GoDaddy fosters such a welcoming culture and has some of the best people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Their continued dedication to DEIB and just supporting all groups of people has been really lovely. I like to think the extreme customer focus is genuine. At the very least, the culture instills real customer focus in its employees.

Cons

A reorg can change everything about your daily workflow and they seem to happen more often than you would hope. The constant changes in leadership at the company generally has felt like a bad sign.
