For new joiners, initial setup can be confusing. There's little to no centralized documentation on basic first steps like setting up your laptop or configuring email. But you will always receive help from your team or IT if you need it.

I joined a few months back and the atmosphere is pretty smooth. My interview journey was the biggest deciding factor to join goDaddy. The expectations and timelines are pretty realistic. The overall attitude is oriented towards problem solving and not throwing the ball around in different teams

Cons

No relocation benefits/Joining Bonus. Would appreciate a possibility of pet friendly office premises.
