Great work-life balance offered, flexibility if numbers are hit

Cons

Lots of micro-management, not all employees are treated fairly, lots of bias, the executive group is very tight-knit and keeps to themselves.

Pros

The benefits are okay, but not great if you're expecting a child. The team also brings delicious doughnuts most Fridays, and the team is fed very well at the end of quarters.

Cons

The executive team is a tight-knit group of individuals who worked very hard to find the success they are seeing now. However, favorites are played and individuals who are family, friends, or former employees tend to be rushed to the front of the line when it comes to promotion time. Lots of hard work cold calling seems to go to waste while underperformers are getting promoted to jobs that come with more longevity outside of their call center.
