Pros

6 weeks of PTO and decent health insurance. $400 HSA contribution per quarter.

Cons

I’ve worked 10 years in corporate sales and his company has the worst crm data hygiene I have ever seen. Little to no context in contact outreach. Also there isn’t really an organized knowledge base to effectively answer technical questions. When you show up, you’re given a blank onedrive to fill out on your own with templates, scripts, and product information. There really isn’t time to be creating your own knowledge base and SOPS. The base salary is low but thought it could be tolerable for a well established company with reliable processes.

Pros

Truly fantastic people. Intelligent, friendly, and like family. Very forward-looking company. Leverage latest technologies, and leadership really do act as a think-tank to chart an optimal path for the company. Great communication from leadership. Most senior leaders (CEO/founder included) post periodic internal videos to share new directions we're taking and explain why. They also invite feedback at every turn. It's actually surreal at times. They tend to encourage career growth AND promote from within. A rare and beautiful thing these days.

Cons

Base pay is below market. Integration pain from recent and ongoing acquisitions on both IT and the product/territory side.

Pros

From the very beginning of your sales career here, SDR management gives you a ton of freedom. PTO is PTO, I’ve never had to ask for a day off. Your managers don’t really check in on you if you’re putting up numbers, which is a great thing in my opinion. With so much rope, though, I’ve seen lots of my co-workers get lazy and complacent, and end up loosing your jobs. This is the perfect place to work if you prefer to manage yourself, and are willing to take your self development into your own hands.

Cons

This is more of an observation rather than a con, but the experience for TSRs from manager to manager varies greatly. Most managers outside of SLC have a completely different set of rules for what’s okay to do, and what’s off limits for their team of TSRs.
