1) Great work-life balance with adequate opportunity for career development . 2) You get to work with some of the brightest, most innovative and hard-working/diligent minds in the industry. 3) Benefits and care of employees is obviously world class 4) Upper management has an open door policy and is open to employee feedback.

Cons

Not enough offices in the Salt Lake City location. Taco Bell Walk on Tuesdays.

Pros

Fun place to work, with ample support to help you do your job well. Fun parties, retreats, and events. Incredible product that is being used to design everything from space shuttles to iphone cases! Work here and you'll never look at the world the same way!

Cons

I haven't found any yet! I guess if you don't like to learn about new things it would be constant flood of new products and information. If you are curious by nature and like to know how things are made and how to help others improve their concepts, designs, or manufacturing this is the place for you.

Cons

Far from my home. Manager not at my location to lean on when help is needed. Sometimes feel overwhelmed with work.
