Modern tech stack, good autonomy, interesting work. Company is growing exponentially and has a strong future ahead of it.

Cons

None that I have seen as of yet.

Pros

Great company morale (lunches, events, contests, etc). Management is always open to suggestions and input from team. A lot of growth potential within. Extremely fast growing company. Continuous acknowledgement within the digital community.

Cons

Adjusting to quick growth. (Not necessarily a con for me but may be for some)

Pros

Honestly lots of great people that cared deeply about the product. Despite the (many) flaws with the overall product, it seemed that everyone wanted the best for GoFan. It was fun to go to work everyday, genuinely

Cons

Where to begin. They obviously delete bad reviews which is interesting. There’s obvious flaws with the app that upper management refuses to acknowledge. The previous upper management put this company back at least three years. There’s definitely cliques in this company which if you’re a part of, great, but if not you are cut with no questions asked
