      Pros

      Flexibility in remote/on site. Everyone is supportive, upbeat, and genuinely wants success for the company, the people, and the product. High customer satisfaction ratings as well.

      Cons

      None really. They’re running out of office space and will need to expand their work site.

      Pros

      Motivated and talented group of people to work with, focused in on one core market (and leading it), no corporate bs, growing quickly but love the transparency and diversity that comes from being in a smaller company.

      Cons

      Lots of change as the business matures, benefits are a little light regarding health insurance coverage and 401k match.
