Great culture and coworkers. Awful leadership, career outlook and micromanagement.
Pros
- Great people to work with, who all join with the hopes of helping the world and people. - Good recruiting process - Good company culture
Cons
- Extremely messed up measure of metrics. You will get hired for a non-customer care type job but be measured on customer care metrics. - Non-transparent managers. The job they explain to you in the interview process is not the job you will doing. The job you will be doing is mainly sending emails and keeping customer ticket volumes low. You will not work on anything outside of customer tickets. Also, they will not tell you that there are weekend shifts until months after you start. - Extremely hard-lined and difficult leadership. Regardless of your skills at getting stakeholder buy-in it does not matter. Leadership will only do as they please, and will not invest anything into teams to successfully do their jobs. While also being extremely aggressive in pushing for hitting numbers. This causes the string of managers under leadership to also become extreme micro-managers. - There is NO work-life balance. You will be burnt out quick, as are many other employees. - No career growth, bonuses or raises. What you are hired at is what you will be until you quit.
