Pros
The pay...that's about it to be honest.
Cons
The only thing this company cares about is making money off of their "customers" (the patients) as they call them. Patients copays went from $20 to $100/$150 due to them billing as urgent care, even tho half of their offices weren't able to provide urgent care services ( i.e. imaging/xrays). They lie to their employees about pretty much anything and everything. Management is nonexistent, as they do not have actual office managers in office. Workload is ridiculous, always short staffed, running one provider per office during flu season while literally telling their staff "it's not flu season" when in fact it most certainly was. The fact that they couldn't get providers even with offering $15,000 sign on bonus should tell you something. RUN!!!!
