Most of the coworkers are great- flexible scheduling with high turnover so it is easy to get and keep a line plus get most of what you want on your bid

Cons

Horrible management. Poor treatment of eveyone but flight attendants especially. They treat you like your in kindergarten and fire people for anything. Pay is also very low

Great group of people to work with. Everyone helps out if you get behind. Doesn't take long to move up in seniority. The most senior dispatcher has been here for one year. Great place to get experience and then move on.

Cons

Just like any other regional airline it has its problems and turnover happens often.
