Summer furlough every year due to k-12 schools vacation. Kaiser, 401k, Overtime, Teamsters Union, Day or night shifts

Cons

Certain leads/sups try to intimidate/bully you when they fail at their job. Management doesn't take responsibility for their negligence/incompetence. They'd rather blame hourly paid workers.
