Pros

They offer free lunches for holiday celebrations

Cons

Worst job I’ve ever had. Departments are mismanaged and fighting with each other all the time. Very little training and huge workload imbalances between people. It is a high stress environment among workers so the culture is very toxic. A few nice people but mostly rude employees and terrible management. They pretend to care but can’t even pay everyone fairly or listen to complaints to fix our jobs. Tons of favoritism, if you love to gossip, brown nose management and backstab coworkers to get ahead this job is for you

CEO is a great leader and well respected

Cons

They don't respect boundaries and expect you to monitor your phone, emails etc outside of business hours.
