Pros
They promote a great environment. Well, I saw the managing Partner daily, he never once had the courtesy to say hello. They have big ideas, with no follow through, basically - they set employee's up for failure. one of the 20 HR staff runs out for chips and salsa, or hands out ice cream bars, on occasion, to make it "such a great place to work" Very CLICKY place, if you aren't one of the cool kids then hopefully you like lunch alone.

if you have no desire to work, or be noticed, this is the place for you you will become management quickly
