Decent benefits, great co-workers. They have a pretty decent bonus if you make your goals.Generous paid time off for holidays.

Cons

Antiquated technology that is constantly on the fritz, the branch and the call center policies can be very different, lack of clear management. There is an increased focus on sales that is directly at odds with the mission of the credit union.
