      Pros

      Having been with Golden Rule Signs for several years I have had the privilege to watch what started as a small company develop into something very special. Management and C Level members value hard work and reward accordingly. The company leans on its core values and expects employees to do the same. There is a true team atomosphere that makes for a pleasant work enviroment.

      Cons

      Very different from a corporate environment. If you are looking for that this may not be a good fit.

      Pros

      One of the advantages of working at a small company is the opportunity to know your coworkers. You can ask for something and get immediate responses. The whole team in Golden Rule Signs makes you feel at home.

      Cons

      Advancement is not as easy as in larger companies. Small companies in general don’t usually have a list of accomplishments you have to achieve before you get a promotion or a raise.

      Pros

      As a new employee of this company I can honestly say I've never felt more welcomed into an organization. I have been given the tools to succeed in a business I had no prior knowledge of. I find it is easier to sell a product if you believe in it and there is no doubt that I believe in the product we are selling and consulting on! The level of professionalism the company tries to instill into each employee has helped me grow so much in the short time I have been here!

      Cons

      Being a smaller company the health insurance options weren't exactly ideal for someone in my situation. Competing against local sign companies can be difficult as most slightly larger sign companies get a bad wrap.
