Goldensteps has been an amazing company to work over the last year, they have been so flexible with my schedule and really care about the employees. I’ve worked both in clinic and in the community with this company and I’m so impressed.

Cons

The health benefits could be updated or a new company could be used.

Pros

The support that is provided from the other BCBAs, directors, and office staff is required and appreciated. You have the flexibility to make your own schedule and have an ability to make more money after your billable hours. There’s a clinical QA department and quarterly outings

Cons

The commute can be a lot, the healthcare is expensive, the clinic is far from my area, and the clients are at time inconsistent
