Pros
This company actually cares for its employees, as well as the clients. As a full-time, remote analyst, I am afforded the opportunity to screen clients prior to accepting them onto my caseload. This has been very helpful, and has help provide me with a balanced caseload that is manageable. I have felt supported by management every step of the way. They are kind and considerate and work with you if you have a problem. The company has departments that work together to ensure high quality of services for the clients and their families, and I find the collaborative environment is so helpful! The company has a QA department that helps deal with technicalities and constantly changing insurance issues, and that may be one of my favorite things about Golden Steps! For the first time, I am not overloaded with clients and overworked. Work-life balance is amazing! I honestly love working for this company (and I tell them so frequently).
Cons
Not truly a con, but RBTs are permitted to change their schedules (to a degree) which has interfered with supervision/observation schedules at times, causing lost billable hours.
