Pros

Working with the children is amazing and this job provides a good opportunity to grow within the field.

Cons

The turnover rate is high and leadership is inconsistent. In several instances, BCBAs who attempt to resign are typically forced out immediately by corporate rather than be able to complete their two week notice, making the transition for both technicians and clients tumultuous. Communication from corporate and leadership is abismal and RBTs are often left in the dark. There is a secretive atmosphere and things such as hourly wage are not allowed to be discussed.

Pros

Lovely admin staff, excellent support from Admin.

Cons

Super micromanaged on everything. They bend over to every single insurance whim, they don't fight insurance on anything. I've worked in other companies in the state and they fight insurance when they are pushing things that don't benefit client. This company just bends over. They micromanage everything you do. Go into CR and remove your goals from RBT data sheet if they don't agree with it. A communication goal that slightly sounded academic removed, even though I explained reasoning, explained it was just target one, client needed this knowledge to be able to move to target 2, 3, 4, 5 in order to meet a SOCIAL COMMUNICATION LTO. Tell you what parts of VB-Mapp you are allowed to run and which you are not. They use threats like loosing scheduling privileges if you don't provide enough parent training. They require you to send them each Friday a list of parent training meetings you completed (go to CR and check yourself)
