Only 20 hours required for salary. Though getting a caseload with 20 hours worth is the problem.

Cons

You never meet anyone from the admin team, it’s all through phone calls. Pretty isolating, and the techs only receive two hours of training. Some of the cases they decide we should open are pretty tough, and not really any clinical support to help you

Nice coworkers who are genuine and care to help

Cons

High turnover of employees in the corporate office because of insufficient pay and high stress. Expectations from executives grow everyday even though many employees are constantly working overtime because they’re working multiple roles as one person. Lower level employees often overcompensating for directors incompetence despite much lower salary. I would avoid this company.
