Pros

Low billable hour requirement. Only pro.

Cons

They are so terribly slow at staffing cases for BCBAs. When I was hired on full-time, it took me a good few months or more until I got a full caseload. It hit me financially and was so ridiculous. I had to keep pestering them to give me clients. The QA department is highly micromanaging. They overlap sessions with BCBAs and want to insert themselves as the "bcba" instead of the actual BCBA themself. The higher ups are very unorganized. Terrible at communication and somehow it's the BCBA's fault if we can't meet our billable hours, even though they aren't staffing our caseload in a timely manner. Overall, terrible company. They only care about money. Do not work here.
