Thank you so much for your review. We place a high value on feedback from our employees, as it helps us learn and grow as an organization. We’re happy to hear that you are satisfied with the pay rate, as we feel it’s important to pay our fair wage. However, we’re sorry that you feel the work was exhausting, not flexible and very stressful. Working with children in a warm environment that requires some physical activity can, at times, pose some challenge.
