1) Brilliant minds working with you. 2) Process oriented (at least tries to) 3) Good code reviews in place. 4) Latest technologies(varies from team to team, will comment further) 5) Decent Pay (During joining, not great but OK)

Cons

1) Dirty politics in India 2) Local Management tries to dominate over tech folks, and prefers dumbos! 3) No Clarity on promotions/hikes. Worst part is people who have joined with experience and cleared all their 6-7 rounds of interview are paid way way less than freshers. 4) Feel like non technical person if you are stuck in few teams ,where work is nothing but database INSERTS/DELETES/UPDATES. 5) More of YES BOSS attitude is preferred.
