Pros

- base and bonus are above average - good place to work at, if you are itnerested in getting into grad school for further studies - adds weightage to ones resume - get to learn great deal about finance, even if you you are working in operations, finance or technology groups

Cons

- in back office teams, there is a lot bureaucracy - managers are all about putting the risk on another employees, incase projects backfire or fail

Pros

The brand name is awesome. You can understand the big attitude difference towards work between the US and India towards work. Global managers were good in my team. People outside the India office try to create a model for others.

Cons

Zero work life balance. Extremely poor senior management in Bangalore office Support is the technology division's only job, at least in India.
