- less of technical and more of functional -huge pay-scale gap between freshers and lateral hires.

1. Flexible pickup and drop locations and timings in Bangalore. 2. Decent bonuses. 3. Brilliant and passionate people. 4. Senior management are very approachable.

Cons

1. Lateral hires are treated as second class citizens to direct college hires(NAPAs). 2. Work-Life balance is not the best.
