- Excellent pay and benefits. - A lot of great co-workers.

Cons

-In the Venues department, beware of management. Several managers in prominent positions are disorganized, ineffective leaders with poor communication skills. -Working at Goldstar, you deal with a lot of nervous and/or agitated managers and executives, who seem to be scrambling to find new ways to grow the company. It's disconcerting, and it leads to a tense work environment. - Very little opportunity for career-growth within the company. - In the venues department, work/life balance can sometimes be tricky.

* CEO has a strong vision of where the company is headed * More than fair pay * All 3 co-founders still leading the company after 15 years * Profitable * Generally intelligent and hard-working people * Fun culture * Company actually does something valuable and useful and is the best in that space

Cons

* Definitely some favoritism. There's a few specific employees that seem to have gotten promoted really high up for no apparent reason other than they are liked by top management. * Sales people aren't called sales people (venue advisors), which is weird. They therefore don't get trained like you'd expect salespeople to be trained.
