Interesting experience and this company could be great but....

Pros

-Very cutting edge in ticketing and event -Fun place to work at and they did support a work/life balance -Executives (CEO, CFO, COO) of the company were very nice people

Cons

-No clear career path and one can get stuck in a position -Mid-level management was not equipped with managing teams -Problems were not dealt with right away so misunderstanding seem to happen all of the time -Too much politics when it came to dealing with internal issues
