Benefits are pretty good, possibility of wearing many different hats as the company is in its early growth stages outside of China, US team is committed to break into the market

Cons

Pay is decent, constant disagreement with China HQ wears anyone down over time as Western and Eastern cultures will always be far apart in several business aspects
