1. Working at the best in the industry 2. Chinese and English language Friendly 3. Can meet some really big people 4. Not much over timing work

Cons

1. Not sounds great and famouse as the big consulting firm and big four accounting firms 2. Not competative salary 3. Not much training 4. May get into doing similar things everyday and get bored 5. Still a China firm. There is strong feeling of hierachy here.
