Hell of an experience

Pros

I started my career in the media industry here! It turned out to be the best place to spread my wings, dive into tools and gain a plethora of knowledge. Best experience I could have ever asked when I was changing industries. Never a dull moment, and met an amazing bunch of people who I would love to stay in touch with outside of work too!

Cons

Needs some team structure and faces similar issues as any other boutique agency would. A formal training procedure would definitely be more helpful.

Amazing culture - highly collaborative, transparent and nice Management deeply cares about team members and encourages rapid growth Clients are absolutely wonderful to work with! Great perks - trips, shows, sports leagues, generous vacation, snacks galore!

We're growing and expanding quickly so we can't hire fast enough...
