You truly feel like the work you are doing MATTERS. You aren't a number at Good Apple. You don't have to campaign to be noticed. Your work, your time, your ideas - they all matter to this company.

Cons

Innovative atmosphere where new ideas are nurtured and industry-leading software is developed that give our teams an edge above the competition. People are truly proud of their work here.

Cons

Expect to be challenged. You'll get more responsibility faster here than at other agencies, which is great, but it requires focus and commitment to succeed. You also need to be ready to party and have fun, because the culture is what drives the energy and innovation here, so if you don't like to socialize, you'll probably not thrive here.
