Individual Dispos may be cool, but corporate is worrisome.

I have an awesome GM. You can learn a ton about the industry and really help some people.

Cons

Constant turnover. Corporate speaks about how they value their employees while stifling dispensary level employee pay. Corporate expects a bud tender or shift lead to be available for any shift from 7am-10:30 pm 6 days a week without financial compensation for this demand. Corporate is trying to automate every fun aspect of the job, instead of the menial tasks like inventory counts.
