good people in a happy work environment, great starting point to learn about the plant in an upstart cannabis state like Louisiana (company is out of Arkansas)

Cons

questionable management tactics, not a strong feeling of connection to the company "family", feeling of being the other when it comes to company priorities (bottom of the totem pole), lack of on-time yearly review of performance
