Pros

Patient-focused as well as staff-focused. Good compensation and bonuses. Honest about needs and appreciative when staff goes the extra mile. GSH truly cares about helping patients and their families through one of life's toughest periods. Excellent medical staff and colleagues!

Cons

Healthcare is rough, period. If coming from a non-hospice background, transitioning can be tough.
